General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to 22bbet and all its associated services. By using 22bbet's website (22bbet.bio), mobile app, or any other digital platform, you are automatically subject to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bangla to ensure ease of understanding for Bangladeshi users. However, international standards will apply in the event of any legal dispute. 22bbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and users will be notified before any significant changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Betting Guidelines. Together, these three documents form the complete legal framework governing your use of 22bbet.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on 22bbet. These conditions are in place to ensure user safety and a fair, legal betting environment.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are not permitted to register, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed and balances forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Incorrect information may cause issues during the account verification process.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require submission of a national ID or passport. This is mandatory before large withdrawals can be processed.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Betting on behalf of a third party or sharing your account is strictly prohibited.

Betting Rules & Conditions

Please read these rules carefully before placing any bets on 22bbet. Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled — so always verify the odds and market before placing your bet.

Bet Acceptance & Rejection: 22bbet reserves the right to accept or void any bet, particularly where odds have been displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. In such cases, bets placed at the erroneous odds will be cancelled and stakes refunded.

Match Cancellation or Postponement: If a match starts more than 30 minutes after its scheduled time, or is not completed in full, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.

Live Betting Special Conditions: Odds in Live Betting change in real time. If a bet is accepted after an event has concluded due to a server delay, it will be considered void.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50 BDT. Maximum limits may vary depending on the market.
• A maximum of 20 events can be added to an accumulator bet.
• Placing bets on two opposing markets within the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings from successful bets will be credited to your account within 30 minutes of the result being confirmed.

Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on 22bbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals (above ৳50,000). 22bbet follows international standards to prevent money laundering and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

22bbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus is available on the first deposit for new registrations. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of x5 to x10. This means a ৳1,000 BDT bonus requires ৳5,000–৳10,000 BDT in total bets to be placed.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within a set timeframe, typically between 7 and 30 days. Once expired, the bonus is automatically forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: If any user attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or false information, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account will be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22bbet platform. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.

• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event to guarantee a profit (arbitrage).
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in disrespectful conduct.

Account Suspension & Closure

22bbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the reasons listed below. Users may also request account closure themselves.

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If KYC verification is not completed, or if false information is found to have been provided.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• At the user's own request (including self-exclusion).
• As directed by the regulatory authority.

If an account is closed with a remaining balance and no violations have been established, the user may withdraw their remaining funds. Bonus balances are not refunded in such cases.

• If a bet is missed or a transaction is delayed due to internet connectivity issues.
• If payment delays occur due to issues with third-party services (banks or mobile banking providers).
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks).
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

However, if a loss is caused by 22bbet's own error and this is verified, appropriate compensation will be provided.

Changes to Terms & Contact Information

22bbet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via their registered email or in-app notification.

Updated terms take effect 7 days after publication. If no objection is raised during this period and you continue using the platform, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
