Section 01
What Responsible Gaming Means
Key point: Betting is entertainment, not a source of income. Responsible gaming means placing bets for fun within your means.
Responsible Gaming is a mindset where you treat betting as a small part of your leisure — the same way you'd go to the cinema or eat out at a restaurant. At 22bbet, it means staying within a set budget, accepting losses, and never viewing betting as a solution to financial problems.
We want every user to enjoy the platform and feel good even after they've finished playing. That's why 22bbet's Responsible Gaming program goes beyond compliance — it comes from a genuine sense of responsibility toward you.
Statistics show that most people who develop a gambling problem don't fall into it overnight — it happens gradually. That's why awareness is your best protection. On this page, you'll learn how to check in with yourself and what to do if you need help.
Section 02
Signs of Healthy & Responsible Betting
If you have healthy betting habits, the following will apply to you. These are the signs of a responsible player.
- You set a budget in advance and stick to it.
- You stay calm after a loss and do not chase your losses with more bets.
- Taking a break from betting is never an issue for you.
- You don't hide your betting activity from family or friends.
- You don't rely on betting winnings to cover household expenses.
- Betting doesn't get in the way of the other important things in your life.
- Never bet with borrowed money or use funds that belong to someone else.
Keep in mind: There's always a chance of losing when you bet. Only wager what you can afford to lose without it affecting your life.
Section 03
Recognize the red warning signs
If any one or more of the following applies to you, it's time to seek help. There's no shame in it — it's a sign of self-awareness.
- You keep placing more bets trying to chase and recover your losses.
- Your mind keeps drifting to betting and you're struggling to focus on work.
- You've been hiding the amount you bet from family or friends.
- You repeatedly exceed your set betting budget.
- You feel restless or irritable when you're not betting.
- You're betting with borrowed money, your savings, or funds that belong to someone else.
- You are cutting into work, study, or family time to bet.
- You've tried to stop betting but can't, no matter how hard you try.
If you notice these signs, take action today. Read the "Self-Exclusion" or "Where to Get Help" section below. Seeking support instead of going it alone is always the smarter choice.

Section 07
Advice for Family Members
If you think someone in your family has a problem with betting, approach them calmly rather than confrontationally. The tips below may help.
- Speak Openly: Express concern, not anger. Saying "I'm worried about you" is far more effective than "You're doing something wrong."
- Stay Informed: Gambling addiction is a mental health condition. Try to understand, not blame.
- Set Financial Limits: Use separate passwords for shared family accounts and keep joint savings separate.
- Notify 22bbet: If you believe a family member is being harmed through the use of our platform, please get in touch with us. We can activate Self-Exclusion based on a third-party request as well.
- Seek professional help: If you feel unable to cope on your own, please seek advice from a mental health professional.
Section 08
Minor Protection
22bbet strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using the platform. Age verification and KYC are mandatory at registration. Even so, taking a few extra precautions will keep underage family members fully protected.
- Don't leave your 22bbet account logged in and unlocked on your computer or phone.
- Do not share your password or login details with any family member.
- Keep your phone protected with a PIN or biometric lock at all times.
- Don't save your password in the browser — type it in manually each time.
- Keep two-factor authentication enabled on your account.
If you suspect a minor is using 22bbet, email us immediately at support@22bbet.bio. We will act quickly and handle everything in strict confidence.
